* Behavior Change *
In the File Reader device please ensure that your output type is correctly set. In previous versions, when ingesting a file containing a single textual message (and framing turned off), an output type of 'String' or 'HL7 Message' would ingest a string. In this version, if the output type is set to 'HL7 Message' and the file content cannot be parsed into a valid HL7 Message, an exception will be thrown.
This release fixes several minor Connexion issues introduced in the R5 release:
- The HL7 transform V2 device did not correctly detect the difference between a void and function for custom functions, and therefore did not correctly display the target path.
- Ingesting a file containing a single HL7 message (with the 'detect framing' option off) would read the message as a string instead of a Hl7Message type.
- Upgrading from 14.0 to >=14.5 caused the queue disabled schedule configuration to be lost.
- Certain channel operations (such as Clone) would fail even if a (non-admin) user had the appropriate permissions. A new permission item 'create channel' was added and so please update your permission settings appropriately.
- Queue device throttle settings may display incorrectly when multiple queue devices are focused in the throttle settings tab.
- If the Connexion management application is left open on the server during a Connexion upgrade, some files may remain locked and are not upgraded until the server is rebooted. Please ensure that any management applications running on the server are closed prior to upgrading, or, uninstall the existing version of Connexion prior to upgrading to the new version.
There are several fixes and minor updates to the Integrator platform as well:
- Fixes to attachment transfer.
- Support for multi-part wildcard certificates as well as certificates that do not have any SAN values.
- Replacing an existing channel with routes would cause the routes to become invalid.
